Marseillan is a typical Languedoc village with many tourist attractions.
It is a port on the Etang de Thau, 2 minutes walk from our guest rooms, where it is good to walk. Many attractive bars and restaurants, where you can taste oysters and Languedoc wines.
The Canal du Midi , so famous for its navigation by barge and its locks, has its mouth in Marseillan at the Onglous lighthouse. A very beautiful cycle path will allow you to reach this site, where the Glénans sailing school is located.
The Etang de Thau is famous for its oysters and mussels. Local restaurants and more typical oyster bars will make you discover them in all their sauces. You can discover the oyster farms aboard a boat for a trip from the port.
It is also the village where Noilly-Prat , the famous Vermouth, is produced in an old building that has been entirely renovated, where you can drink an aperitif and discover the house cocktails.
